Hi, J W.! I take 2 1,000 milligrams plus Chromium after breakfast and supper. It promotes sugar metabolism. On the back of the bottle, make sure it says Cinnamomum cassia(bark) under the supplement facts. I joined Diabetic Connect and found out that it doesn't work for all people, but, it did work for me.
